Shift 7AM-5:30PM
Primary responsibilities
- Set up and run machines in alignment with production orders and safety rules
- Monitor performance; recognize irregularities and act promptly
- Stage raw materials; unload and handle finished goods
- Inspect parts to confirm conformance to quality standards
- Make minor adjustments and resolve small machine issues
- Conduct routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspections)
- Document production counts, scrap, and quality checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
- Adhere to all PPE and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Prior machine operation/manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read basic work instructions, blueprints, or specifications
- Experience with common hand tools and measuring instruments preferred
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
