CNC Precision Machinist Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $18.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)
  • Schedule:*** Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Precision Machinist to join our manufacturing team.
  • This role is crucial for producing high-quality components by precisely setting up, programming, and operating CNC vertical mills and lathes.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of blueprint reading and advanced CAD file interpretation.

CNC Precision Machinist Qualifications:

  • Perform comprehensive setup, programming, and operation of CNC vertical mills and lathes.
  • * Accurately read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
  • * Utilize CAD software to work with and manipulate DWG, DXF, and IGS file formats.
  • * Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure all machined parts meet strict specifications and tolerances.
  • * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in accordance with company safety standards.
  • * Troubleshoot machine operations and programming issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • **Required Qualifications:***
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, including significant expertise in machine setup and programming.
  • * Demonstrated proficiency in operating and programming Vertical Mills and Lathes.
  • * Expert-level blueprint reading skills.
  • * Solid experience with CAD software, specifically working with DWG, DXF, and IGS files.
