Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team in Calera, AL. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe and efficient environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or machine operating experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment
  • Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor operational issues
  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines
  • Inspect products to ensure quality specifications are met
  • Record production information and complete required documentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Follow all safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies
  • Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or production delays to supervisors
  • Assist with changeovers, line setups, and general production duties as needed
  • Meet daily production goals and maintain efficiency standards
