Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Calera, AL. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe, efficient, and fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operating or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
  • Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Complete production reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Assist with machine changeovers and production line setups
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies
