About the Role

The Planning Analyst, Material Supply Planning will be responsible for managing finished good and component supply planning transactions and local inventory operation transactions across all brands, categories, and channels.  This role will also manage ad-hoc projects needed within the Planning team to support ongoing system updates and implementation of best practices. This is a “hands-on” role where the individual will have tactical responsibilities.

This individual will help to execute the supply strategy that ensures product availability in the most efficient manner for the business. This highly collaborative role will accomplish this internally through interfacing extensively with the Supply & Materials planning function, sourcing, & purchasing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions within NetSuite & SlimStock in order to accurately receive, update and maintain inventory within the network.
  • Partner with the Planning function on reporting and reconciliation with finance
  • Assist in managing CM or component supplier relationships
  • Partner with other supply chain teams to deliver on time and in full deliveries to customers across saleable products and point of sale materials in line with on counter dates
  • Assist in maintaining accuracy and integrity across all aspects of product information, reporting and systems parameters
  • Update and maintain Item Master and Netsuite attributes
  • Other project responsibilities as assigned by Management

Position Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large amounts of data
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely to peers and senior leadership
  • Attention to detail and accuracy on multiple projects under time pressure
  • Extremely self-motivated with critical thinking mindset
  • Ability to quickly adapt in a highly collaborative environment, a team player, fit with brands and culture
  • Familiarity with enterprise planning systems and tools (i.e. Netsuite, IBM Cognos, SAP IBP, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills   
  • Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Supply Chain: NPD, Planning, Procurement, Finance

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years experience in production planning, and/or production either at the brand level or at a contract manufacturer or related fields
  • Beauty or CPG industry experience preferred
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
  • 4-year bachelor's degree required: major in business, finance, supply chain, or related field preferred

Pay Transparency - The following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $55,000-69,000. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
