  • Peak University - Our three-month advisor training program, consisting of one-hour of training sessions every day with an experienced advisor.
  • Peak Bootcamp - Leadership and Professional Development masterclass held every day for the first month.
  • Intern Bootcamp - An additional hour each day for interns to have time with experienced advisors to get questions answered and do further advisor training.
  • Trainual - Over 120+ hours of financial planning training content built exclusively for Peak Retirement Planning, Inc. advisors.
  • Sit in on client sessions
  • Mock Client Reps - Our training program provides opportunities to practice presenting financial information as an advisor would to a client.
  • One-on-one mentorship
  • Toastmasters - Interns improve their communication skills through speeches and presentations, while receiving direct feedback from experienced team members.
  • Kingdom Advisors Study Group - Learn how to integrate your faith with your finances.
  • Life and Health Insurance Exam Prep
  • Series 65 Exam Prep
  • Real life Experience - Help with preparation of Financial Plans, Tax Reports, and presentations for client meetings. Assisting advisors, as needed, on miscellaneous tasks and fulfill routine client service requests.
