Job description

Rapidly growing law office specializing in creditor’s rights and insurance defense has an immediate need for an Associate Attorney. Primary duties include preparation and review of pleadings, legal briefs, motions, other general legal paperwork, correspondence, affidavits, and court appearances. The candidate must be willing to travel within the state potentially 1-2 times per week to attend hearings, status conferences and case management conferences. The desired position is full-time. Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
