• Manage a caseload of approximately 10-20 matters.
• Handle general liability and insurance defense litigation.

• Investigate claims and develop effective case strategies.
• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Review and analyze documents for production.
• Conduct detailed legal research using Westlaw.

• Attend court hearings and argue motions.
• Prepare pre-trial and trial documents.
• Prepare cases for mediation and trial.
• Participate in mediations and trials.
• Maintain effective communication with clients regarding case developments and strategy.

• 2-6 years of litigation experience.
• Admission to the Illinois Bar.
• Extensive experience across multiple phases of litigation.
