Description Healthcare Project Manager - Key Responsibilities Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence Foster and promote a proactive project safety culture across all job sites Manage subcontractor procurement, bid packages, and contract negotiations Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and hospital stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes Review subcontractor progress and lead regular project meetings to ensure milestones and goals are achieved Oversee project financials including cost reporting, forecasting, contracts, and change management Ensure compliance with healthcare construction regulations, including ICRA standards when applicable Profile Healthcare Project Manager - Successful Candidate Profile 5+ years of construction project management experience with a General Contractor Proven expertise in healthcare construction projects (hospital, medical facility, or clinical environments preferred) Strong understanding of ICRA protocols and healthcare construction standards is highly preferred Ability to read, interpret, and manage all construction documents and specifications Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, systems, and skilled trades Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse project stakeholders Job Offer Healthcare Project Manager - What's on Offer Base salary: $115,000-$150,000 (DOE) Bonus: $12,500-$20,000 annually (project/profit-based) Benefits: 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage for employee and dependents Generous 401(k) + company profit sharing Car allowance starting at $800/month 20+ PTO days (potential for flexible or unlimited PTO structure) Company phone and laptop provided DE&I initiatives and strong company culture Ongoing training, leadership development, and career growth programs Apply now to be considered in 24 hours!
