Project Manager – Specialty Interior Finishes
Location: Dallas, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary
Starting Salary: $85,000–$100,000+ annually
Compensation is based on experience, technical knowledge, and project management background. Candidates with experience managing commercial construction projects for specialty subcontractors—particularly interior finishes, architectural specialties, or custom fabrication—may be considered for a higher starting salary. Candidates coming from a General Contractor background are encouraged to apply but may start at the lower end of the salary range, as this position requires hands-on coordination of custom manufacturing, material procurement, shop drawings, and installation logistics.
Salary growth is based on product knowledge, leadership, successful project execution, and the ability to independently manage an increasing project workload.
