Long standing local and now regional construction company based out of Sioux Falls is looking for an experienced project superintendent to oversee a current project and transition into future projects with the same company as well. They are looking to employ this person long term, not project to project, contract based like some others may do. This person should have 5+ years experience in multi-family, hospitality, healthcare, tenant improvement etc. experience, be reliable and dependable and able to be an effective leader through communication, knowledge and work ethic. Projects will be in and around the Sioux Falls metro.
