Locations/Regions: Groveport / West Columbus / New Albany

JobType: Future Opportunities | Full-Time and Part-Time Considered 

Compensation: Varies by Project & Experience 

We are building a talent pool of CNC and Machine Operators to support upcoming manufacturing and production projects. Opportunities may be short-term or long-term and range from entry-level machine operation to highly skilled CNC programming and setup roles. 

What You’ll Typically Do: 

  • CNC machine operation (lathe, mill, router, etc.) 
  • Machine setup, calibration, and changeovers 
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings 
  • Monitoring production runs and performing quality checks 
  • Adjusting offsets and tooling as needed 
  • Preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience as a CNC or machine operator preferred
  • Previous experience of manufacturing or production environment 
  • Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs (varies by role) 
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance 
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime if required 

 Preferred Skills: 

  • CNC setup and programming experience 
  • Knowledge of G-code and CAM software 
  • Experience with metals, plastics, or composites
