No CNC Experience? No Problem. We'll Train You.

Are you mechanically inclined? Do you enjoy working with tools, building things, or figuring out how machines work?
You don't need previous CNC tube bending experience to be successful in this role.

At Mid-State Sales, we're looking for people with a strong work ethic, basic mechanical ability, and solid math skills. If that's you, we'll teach you everything else—from reading blueprints and measuring parts to programming and operating our CNC tube bending equipment.
Whether you've worked in manufacturing, automotive repair, construction, maintenance, welding, or simply enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
  •  Learn to set up and operate CNC tube bending equipment.
  •  Manufacture precision hydraulic tube assemblies for industrial and OEM customers.
  •  Read blueprints and work instructions.
  •  Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
  •  Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
  •  Load material and monitor machine operation.
  •  Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot production issues.
  •  Keep equipment clean and perform routine maintenance.
  •  Work closely with engineering and production teams to continuously improve our processes.
The ideal candidate has:

  •  Basic mechanical aptitude and enjoys working with tools and equipment.
  •  Basic math skills, including measuring, fractions, and decimals.
  •  A willingness to learn new skills and take pride in quality workmanship.
  •  Good attention to detail.
  •  A positive attitude and dependable attendance.
  •  The ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.

Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply:
  •  Automotive repair
  •  Machine operation
  •  Welding or fabrication
  •  Maintenance
  •  Construction
  •  Assembly
  •  Manufacturing
  •  HVAC or plumbing
  •  Military mechanical experience
  •  Farm equipment or heavy equipment repair
  •  Hands-on hobbies such as restoring cars, woodworking, or metalworking
Why Join Mid-State Sales?
We believe skills can be taught, but attitude, reliability, and work ethic can't.
We'll invest the time to train you from the ground up, giving you the opportunity to develop valuable manufacturing skills while building a long-term career with a stable, growing company.
Benefits include:

  •  Competitive pay
  •  401(k) with company match
  •  Health insurance
  •  Paid time off
  •  Opportunities for advancement
  •  On-the-job training
