Specific Responsibilities

  • Prepare artwork with accurate layout, composition, and formatting in compliance with brand guidelines, technical specifications, and platform standards.
  • Develop and execute creative content for social media, e-commerce, and internal communications aligned with brand aesthetics and objectives.
  • Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all creative touchpoints.
  • Produce and support creative presentations for internal review.

  • Work within established timelines, track progress, manage revisions, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support pre- and post-production needs such as file setup, version control, uploads, and asset organization.
  • Maintain creative operations, including digital asset libraries and project files.
  • Ensure quality standards and expectations are met through clear communication and revision management.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing, copywriting, photography, merchandising, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Work with in-house designers and external freelancers as needed.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors; review proofs, print samples, and final deliverables.
  • Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to fashion, digital media, and brand storytelling.
  • Maintain proficiency in industry-standard design software and platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel for campaign execution, photoshoots, or vendor collaboration as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the business and creative services team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interest in generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Photoshop) with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and maintain multiple design development schedules and strategies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Service-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
