Job Description:Support a collaborative creative team by developing high-quality print and digital designs for sales, client-facing, and prospective client initiatives. This role will create polished visual communications across multiple brands while maintaining established brand guidelines and managing multiple fast-moving projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality print and digital designs for sales and client-facing projects
  • Develop mockups and customized visual communications for prospective clients
  • Design across a variety of client and prospect brands while adhering to established brand guidelines
  • Create marketing collateral, presentations, and other polished visual communications
  • Use Figma for visual mockups and basic prototyping
  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and other creative team members
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Handle quick-turn design requests while maintaining strong attention to detail and creative quality
  • Work proactively and independently while collaborating with the broader creative team

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of professional graphic, visual, or creative design experience
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
  • Strong PowerPoint proficiency and presentation design experience
  • Working knowledge of Figma and basic prototyping
  • Strong creative portfolio showcasing recent, real-world professional design work
  • Experience creating both print and digital design materials
  • Experience designing within established brand guidelines
  • Experience supporting multiple brands, clients, or stakeholders
  • Strong visual design, typography, layout, and creative communication skills
