Wynn Las Vegas seeks a talented and passionate graphic designer to join the Creative Services team, which is responsible for creating visual experiences across luxury properties. In this role, the graphic designer will contribute to the artistic vision and execution of design assets that elevate the guest experience in Nightlife, Special Events, Hotel Sales, and all other brand touchpoints. If you thrive in a dynamic, high-end environment and possess a keen eye for detail, we invite you to help redefine luxury through exceptional design.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to execute visual solutions across print and digital media
  • Develop and execute creative concepts into visually appealing designs for various marketing materials,including but not limited to:
    • Digital advertisements (banners, social media posts, website graphics)
    • Print collateral (brochures, menus, flyers, posters, signage, packaging)
    • Marketing templates and collateral
    • Presentations and reports
  • Ensure all designs adhere to the appropriate brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
  • Partner with external vendors and production teams to execute designs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, partner with project management team to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
  • Stay abreast of current design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and contribute innovative ideas
  • Ensure all designs are accurate, error-free, and meet the highest quality standards before delivery
  • Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer within a high-volume commercial, hospitality, or agency environment
  • A portfolio is required - showcasing a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual communication
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Understanding of printing processes and file preparation for print production
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3D design experience (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
  • Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Keynote)
  • Illustration skills (traditional and/or digital)
