Job Description We are seeking a Research Specialist - Credit to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in credit documentation, client due diligence, data stewardship, and portfolio administration and a proven ability to execute in a fast-paced operations environment with accurate data input and clear communication. Responsibilities: Partner with Underwriters and Lending Specialists to document and validate credit terms and conditions. Facilitate complex cross-business credit requests with internal stakeholders and external customer units. Manage administrative aspects of portfolio oversight, resolving unlinked exposures and over-limit situations. Maintain and enhance client information in internal systems to ensure data integrity. Review and interpret loan terms and conditions from credit approval documentation. Conduct credit and client due diligence in alignment with underwriting procedures and policy guidelines. Align documentation with regulatory, platform, and underwriting tool requirements. Verify the accuracy of loan pricing and related documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in data entry and documentation within financial or operations systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder coordination. 3-6 years of relevant experience in credit operations, lending support, or portfolio administration. Preferred Skills: Experience in banking or financial services operations. Familiarity with underwriting workflows, credit approval documentation, and pricing validation. Additional Details: Work schedule 8-5, OT ad hoc based on volume. 100% in office. Interview process includes two rounds via Zoom with individual interviewers. Degree preferred.
