SUMMARY

This position is key in supporting the President and the development division within T&R Properties, Inc. General responsibilities will include: plan, execute and finalize real estate projects on behalf of senior leadership according to strict deadlines and within budget, define project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its lifecycle, and deliver projects according to plan all while being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. The key function of this position is to provide project management and financial oversight in new build development projects while maintaining the highest standards of excellence in terms of quality. The ideal candidate will function as a Vendor Manager, Bid/Repair Coordinator, AIA Draw Processor and Liaison between all Construction & Development Partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contract Management
  • Accounts Payable Management of Development and Construction invoices
  • Maintenance of Construction Files
  • Job reporting and budgeting
  • Purchase Order Management
  • Change Order Management
  • Monitor submittals of products by subcontractors/suppliers
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly
  • Ability to troubleshoot common issues when it comes to the use of software
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • The ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Flexibility in daily routine with the ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Learning-based and solution-oriented
  • Deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Open to new ideas and systems
  • Able to stay calm and patient when faced with the unexpected
