We are looking for a Project Manager with knowledge in both Scaffold & Insulation with a good attitude. Willing to work with our team to help DeWine Mechanical grow as a company. Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager: â€¢ Walk through insulation or scaffold projects to later bid them,plan, define project scope, goals, objectives, timelines, and resources.• Organizing: Structuring the project, allocating tasks to team members, and establishing communication channels.• Executing: Overseeing project activities, monitoring progress, and managing risks.• Controlling: Tracking project costs, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and making necessary adjustments.• Closing: Documenting project outcomes & evaluating performance• Communication: Regularly communicating with clients, plant management, and team members to keep them informed and ensure alignment.• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.Essential Skills for a Project Manager:• Leadership: Motivating and guiding team members to achieve project goals.• Communication: Effectively conveying information to plant management and team members.• Time Management: Planning and executing tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines.• Budget Management: Monitoring and controlling project costs to stay within budget.• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.• Adaptability: Adjusting plans and strategies as needed to respond to changes or unforeseen circumstances.• Software Proficiency: Microsoft 365
