Job description

Development amp; Construction Project Manager

The Development amp; Construction Project Manager plays a key role in driving Rocket Carwash’s growth by leading the execution of construction and development projects. This role works closely with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and moving forward from start to finish.
Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day execution of construction and development projects across multiple locations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, vendors, and project partners
  • Coordinate project schedules, site visits, inspections, and contractor timelines
  • Obtain and review bids, proposals, and pricing from subcontractors and vendors
  • Track project progress and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met
  • Identify risks or delays and work with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly
  • Support permitting, entitlements, and approvals with municipalities and agencies
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and cost control efforts
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership
  • Maintain organized documentation of all project-related activity
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Experience in construction, development, or commercial real estate project management
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and coordination
  • Comfortable working directly with contractors, engineers, architects, and city officials
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD
