What You’ll Do
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that reflects our values and commitment to service
  • Foster a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and the local community
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to drive growth
  • Lead by example—modeling honesty, respect, and a customer-first mindset every shift
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food service regulations
  • Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.

  • Education – High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Experience – 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles
  • Leadership – A natural coach who motivates teams, builds trust, and leads by example
  • Operational know-how – Skilled in inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations
  • Problem‑solving mindset – Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
  • Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
  • ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain
