Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Onsite – Delaware, Ohio
Salary: $110,000 – $125,000


Overview:

The CFO partners closely with the CEO to lead financial strategy, operational excellence, and organizational planning. As a key member of the executive team, this role oversees finance and administrative functions while supporting board engagement and long-term sustainability.


Key Responsibilities of the CFO:
  • Advise CEO on financial and operational strategy
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Support board reporting and finance/audit committees
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across administrative functions
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
