  • Support risk taxonomy, controls, and Risk and Control Self-Assessment processes impacted by the segment's key vendor relationships.
  • Connect New Products and Services and Change Management requirements with vendor oversight needs, including vendor-related risks, dependencies, controls, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with business partners to maintain awareness of business resumption plans, key suppliers, supplier dependencies, and applicable recovery time objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management or Operational Risk.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree 4 additional years of segment-specific or risk related experience may be considered

  • Experience leading, coaching, or directly managing colleagues responsible for risk management activities.
  • Familiarity with risk taxonomy, controls, Risk and Control Self-Assessment processes, New Products and Services, Change Management, business resumption planning, supplier dependencies, and recovery time objectives.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate requirements, risks, issues, recommendations, and escalation items clearly and concisely to business partners, senior leaders, and governance forums.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships, translate risk requirements into clear actions, and work collaboratively across business, risk, compliance, audit, legal, procurement, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing responsibilities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to responsibly leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance risk analysis, documentation, monitoring, issue tracking, communication, and overall efficiency in the performance of the role.
