Network9’s Registered Communication Distribution Designers (RCDDs) deliver reliable, scalable, and flexible network cabling solutions tailored to complex business needs. The organization is strongly focused on customer service, quality, and productivity, aiming to provide maximum value on every project.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Grove City, OH. The Project Manager will oversee cabling infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources, materials, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role will involve frequent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and maintain strong customer relationships. The Project Manager will also prepare and review project documentation, support inspections, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery and field operations.

Qualifications

  • Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, scope control, and risk management.
  • Expeditor and Expediting capabilities to track materials, coordinate deliveries, and avoid project delays.
  • Logistics Management skills to organize equipment, crews, and resources across multiple job sites.
  • Inspection experience to verify installation quality, compliance with specifications, and safety standards.
  • Experience in low-voltage, cabling infrastructure, construction, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software; familiarity with MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage field operations, and travel locally as required.
  • Relevant education or certifications in project management, construction management, or telecommunications are beneficial (e.g., PMP, RCDD exposure).
