What You'll Do
As our HR Business Partner, you will:
- Partner with plant leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.
- Lead workplace investigations and resolve employee concerns with fairness, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Foster employee engagement through recognition, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to improve hiring, retention, and engagement.
- Support compensation, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience.
- Proven ability to coach leaders and influence business decisions.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using HR metrics and data to drive business decisions.
