Job Title: Functional Architect (Web Application Accessibility Analyst)

Hybrid; Position is required to be in the office in Columbus, Ohio at least 3 days per week.

Role Description:

•Analyze, determine, and document functional requirements related to the accessibility of websites and related solutions.
•Define and align business requirements and technical requirements for accessibility.
•Conduct impact analyses of business requirement son customer-facing applications and websites.
•Gather and interpret user requirements and legal accessibility requirements into design specifications.
•Participate in or lead design of customer-facing websites and applications.
•Review website code and make edits to ensure accessibility.
•Lead testing for websites and customer-facing solutions to ensure accessibility.
•Communicate accurate and useful status updates.
•Follow quality standards.
•Ability to work in a team environment.
•Strong communication skills; both written and spoken
•Act as the functional expert on accessibility for websites and applications within the Department of Neighborhoods. Provide expertise in the business processes supported by web hosting platforms and related applications.
•Provide expertise for defining functional architecture of websites and customer-facing applications.
•Plan and develop user interface strategy, in alignment with accessibility requirements.
•Identify and track issues, risks and action items affecting own work and work of team.
•Determine time estimates and schedule for own work and resolve issues in a timely manner.
