  • Support adoption and integration of design systems across the broader marketing organization
  • Production & Vendor Support (Hybrid Scope)
  • Step in to support production needs when required, including coordination of deliverables and timelines
  • Assist with management of external vendors (print, production, etc.) to ensure seamless execution

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced marketing or creative environment
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, cross-functional creative workflows
  • Strong experience with project management tools (Wrike preferred) and structured intake systems
  • Demonstrated ability to bring clarity to ambiguous requests and translate them into actionable work
  • Comfortable driving accountability across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with or supporting creative teams (design, video, content)
  • Experience with vendor coordination and production workflows is a plus
  • An innovative thinker who isn't afraid of new ideas or approaches.
  • Committed to principles of diversity, equity and inclusion, and to living club values and Mission to Create Moments, Enrich Lives, and Unify & Uplift Through Soccer, in all interactions with colleagues, partners, vendors, and fans.
