About the Job:
The Creative Project Manager serves as a central communication & organizational point between the creative team & business channels within the company. This is a highly cross-functional role responsible for managing individual projects as well as maintaining & improving ongoing process and infrastructure between teams, while ensuring success for the Creative team by proactively seeking essential clarity and negotiating timelines.
This role includes supporting all Brand & Creative needs across several business channels, including digital, offline, and in-store, as well as product development processes.
The ideal candidate for this role is meticulously organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent time-management and negotiation skills. A successful Creative Project Manager at Bombas is highly motivated to bring their expertise of process, organization, and tooling, strong learning capability of product knowledge & business, and ability to adapt gracefully in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be responsible for:
  • Project managing creative requests from various business channels.
  • Work alongside your peer Creative Project Manager to divide responsibilities and ensure that all creative team members are properly resourced and operating efficiently.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams as needed to clarify scope of work, goals, timelines and priorities to align work against business goals.This individual will be responsible for translating cross-functional requests into proper creative executional briefs.
  • Monitor timelines to ensure efficient, on-time delivery of the work and at the highest quality level.
  • Provide transparency into project status for relevant parties, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aware of a project's progress at all times.
  • Facilitate relationships between teams by moving processes forward, planning and assigning resources, reworking schedules, raising concerns to appropriate owners early and identifying and resolving open issues that prevent progress.
  • Improve and iterate on project management tools and processes within the Creative department to organize and streamline workflow.

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $100,000/year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.
The Bombas total rewards package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as annual bonus and equity target award opportunities as well as medical, financial, and well-being benefits. Additional details of these benefits will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
