Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to build, manage, and grow client accounts while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers. In this role, you will identify business growth opportunities, provide creative branded merchandise and apparel solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by collaborating closely with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), production, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and account management.

Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase revenue.

Recommend creative promotional products, branded merchandise, and apparel solutions that meet client needs.

Partner with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), production, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and account planning sessions.

Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Monitor account performance and proactively identify ways to improve client experience.

Maintain accurate account records and sales activity within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize competing tasks.

Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive, customer-first approach.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Experience in the promotional products, branded merchandise, apparel, print, or marketing industry.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
