As a Dutch - English Senior Sales Advisor working on site in Cairo, Egypt, youll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

What Youll be Doing

Your role as a Senior Sales Advisor will involve generating new business, contacting existing customers, and using a consultative approach to provide tailored solutions that meet the clients unique needs, while executing sales strategies to achieve the targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls.

During a Typical Day, Youll

  • Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships and ensuring retention.
  • Getting through to the decision maker by utilizing the Influencers and Users to help close the business.
  • Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs, with the goal of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers.
  • To respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience.
  • Identify the customers shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively, refer the lead to the appropriate channel.

What You Bring to the Role

  • A proven track record in B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different international cultures
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Adopt a well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process and appointment setting.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
  • The ability to understand and share the feelings of customers seeking assistance and remedies.
  • Proficiency in Dutch at the C1 minimum level and proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level.
