Required:

Preferred:

• Advanced knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
Preferred:
• 7+ years of experience in technical program or delivery management within enterprise IT, platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure organizations.
• Strong understanding of platform technologies such as: Cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or GCP, CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, IaC & automation: Terraform, Ansible, ServiceNow workflows, Container platforms: Kubernetes, OpenShift, Security & observability: Vault, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Splunk.
• Proven ability to drive delivery across multiple concurrent efforts with complex interdependencies.
• Exceptional skills in written communication, stakeholder influence, and risk management.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Rally, Confluence, for tracking and reporting.
• Exposure to internal developer portals and platform product management.
• Background in software engineering, platform operations, or systems architecture.
• Experience working with compliance-heavy environments (NIST, SOX, FFIEC, ISO).
