This position offers full project ownership with financial accountability and strategic oversight. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced commercial construction environment, builds strong subcontractor partnerships across regions, and delivers projects on time, on budget, and to company standards.

Who We Are

We operate with a strong commitment to professional growth, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships. Our team members are empowered to lead, innovate, and elevate industry standards while building high-quality facilities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure timely execution of all phases.

    • Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.

    • Resolve project challenges efficiently to maintain schedule and client confidence.

    • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to defined quality standards.

  • Financial & Performance Management
    • Own full project P&L accountability, including profitability, forecasting, and cost control.

    • Perform task-level profitability analysis and hold field teams accountable to production targets.

    • Ensure purchase orders are executed prior to initiating work.

    • Verify monthly invoicing aligns with approved POs and signed change orders.

    • Manage scope changes through formal documentation and approved change management processes.

    • Protect project margins while optimizing value.

  • Team & Resource Management
    • Build, lead, and manage cross-functional teams including Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.

    • Recruit, negotiate, and manage trade partners to support project demands nationwide.

    • Continuously expand and strengthen a scalable subcontractor network.

    • Partner with Procurement to coordinate equipment and material deliveries.

    • Coach and mentor field leadership to support performance and professional growth.

  • Communication & Reporting
    • Serve as the primary liaison to GCs, owners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

    • Provide weekly and monthly project status reports outlining milestones, risks, financial updates, and progress metrics.

    • Lead weekly safety meetings with construction crews.

    • Present updates in Construction Management and Sales/Construction coordination meetings.

    • Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation in company systems.

  • Process & Quality Assurance
    • Ensure strict adherence to company construction processes and quality standards.

    • Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and internal safety protocols.

    • Uphold best practices in scheduling, procurement, documentation, and change management.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive senior-level construction project management experience.

  • Proven experience managing Automotive Service Facility construction projects preferred.

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously with full financial accountability.

  • Strong expertise in scope development, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and resource planning.

  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across diverse geographic markets.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
