    • Managed and mentored mid-level and Senior Analytics Architects, helping them develop new skills and elevate their consultative abilities.
    • Led 3-5 digital product analytics initiatives for some of the worlds' most recognized brands.

    Responsibilities
    • Lead, delegate, and provide oversight for a cross-functional team of product analytics practitioners
    • Provide mentorship and management to 2-5 analytics architects (including conducting weekly 1:1s, providing coaching, writing performance reviews)
    • Report to the Director of Analytics, advising on staffing decisions, team development, and project scoping
    • Provide meaningful team leadership and strategic project guidance across 1-2 client projects
    • Audit, select, and recommend the best analytics tool stack to suit client needs (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, mParticle)
    • Partner with clients to set measurement and business goals and resolve issues to ensure the users' best interests
    • Develop and lead workshops with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into trackable outcomes within products
    • Use storytelling to present complex data in ways that are meaningful and actionable for our clients and teams
    • Build trust and credibility with clients through empathy and open communication
    • Collaborate with other analytics leaders to influence TELUS Digital's service offering, analytics practices and process, and deliverables
    • Advocate for analytics best practices with our clients and across our company
    • Provide internal and external thought leadership that promotes the analytics practice
    • Stay current on industry trends and the changing trajectory of the practice (e.g., tooling innovation, ethical and regulatory developments)

    Qualifications
    • 8+ years of professional experience developing and executing analytics strategy and implementation within a digital agency or consulting environment
    • 3 -5+ years of experience managing team members, with a genuine passion and skill for developing talent and empowering teams to do their best work
    • Experience working in a breadth of analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics), and can guide organizations in selecting the ideal tools for their needs
    • Effectively communicate and present complex data in meaningful and actionable ways to clients and multidisciplinary product teams (e.g. engineers and designers) to guide product-decisions
    • Strong business sensibilities and can effectively identify and translate high-level business objectives to reportable metrics
    • Experience creating analytics tracking specifications for web and/or mobile products that are being used in production
    • Demonstrated experience working with senior-level clients or stakeholders
    • Ability to work collaboratively with teammates with various levels of experience and diverse areas of expertise
