The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.These include labor markets and in some instancesmay include education, work experience and certifications. As a Senior HR Manager, you will be a key strategic partner for leadership and a valuable resource for team members. About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a distribution environment
  • Experience leading and influencing a team with common or shared goal, providing direction and coaching for performance and development
  • Ability to leverage strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations at varying levels of the organization, including but not limited to Senior Leadership
  • Strong reasoning, analytical, conflict management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to change, as well as guide varying levels of the organization through change
  • Ability to leverage data and draw out patterns from quantitative and qualitative information
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development
  • Ability to understand policies and procedures and relate them to others
  • Ability to select, develop and mentor talent
  • Basic knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems (examples include Excel, Word, O365)
  • Strong inclusion acumen, with the ability to influence and advance priorities that foster belonging
