We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site service and repair for a variety of heavy equipment, including Wheel Loaders, Excavators, Bull Dozers, Crushers, Screeners, Pavers, Roller Compactors, Skid Steer Loaders, and Backhoe Loaders. Your expertise in diagnosing and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain systems will be crucial in ensuring our customers' equipment remains operational and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of heavy equipment.

- Utilize strong knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions to identify and resolve issues.

- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.

- Repair and replace faulty components in electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain systems.

- Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed, including parts used and time spent.

- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers about the status and needs of their equipment.

- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of work orders.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in equipment repair and maintenance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in the heavy equipment industry.

- Strong diagnostic skills in electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain systems.

- A good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions on Wheel Loaders, Excavators, Bull Dozers, Crushers, Screeners, Pavers, Roller Compactors, Skid Steer Loaders, and Backhoe Loaders.

- Ability to perform repairs for all major equipment systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
