Join our dynamic sales team and help us grow our national accounts!
As a National Accounts Sales Coordinator, you will support the sales and division management teams by managing, tracking, and mapping sales opportunities, while also handling essential administrative and reporting functions that ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and smooth sales operations.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain KPI (key performance indicators) reports, including sales and margin forecasts, and monitor inventory movement to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Create, manage, and continuously improve the sales opportunity tracking process to measure performance and success.
  • Support customer RFQs by coordinating with potential customers, sales, and procurement to ensure accurate and timely responses.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce data, account records, and sales reporting to ensure accuracy and visibility.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tracking and communicating national account performance and successes to cross-functional departments.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of RFQs, KPIs, and sales reports preferred.
  • Experience in the packaging distribution industry is a plus.


Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $26 - $28 per hour.
