  • Process and track change orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

  • On-Site Coordination & Execution:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve day-to-day technical issues.

  • Assist the Superintendent in developing and managing the project schedule to ensure milestones are met.

  • Participate in and help lead jobsite coordination meetings, contributing to problem-solving and planning.

  • Champion Ryan's "Safety First" culture and assist in ensuring the highest standards of quality control.

  • Project Closeout:

  • Take the lead in managing the project punch list process to ensure a timely and successful completion.

  • Assist in the compilation of all final closeout documentation, including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the commercial construction industry. A passion for learning about technically complex projects is essential.

  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project management fundamentals.

  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore and Building Connected.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset with the ambition to grow into a Project Manager role.

You will really standout if you have:
