    Overview:
    In the Business Development role at Ryan Fireprotection, you will focus on building relationships with facility owners and managers in the Cincinnati area through a variety of events and organizations.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Facilitate training on newly installed equipment for the property owner and manager.
    • Educate end-users on requirements for inspections, testing and maintenance
    • Pursue sales leads from call-ins, website and referrals.
    • Network with customers, prospects, and other vendors to build awareness of our offerings
    • Entertain prospective customers during and after normal business hours.
    • Directly sell our services to ensure achievement of individual monthly goals.
    • Plan and lead Ryan-hosted events, trade shows and networking functions

    Skills, Education & Experience:
    • Self-motivated, highly organized and driven
    • Proactive communicator with managers and colleagues
    • Outstanding interpersonal & communications skills
    • Proven ability to work with a team and independently
    • Sales experience is strongly encouraged.
    • Fire protection experience is encouraged but not mandatory
