Position Overview
The Systems Analyst serves as the lead administrator for Resource Center's administrative technology platforms, including ERP, CRM, and related enterprise tools. This role is responsible for advanced system configuration, integration management, automation, and secure data flow between administrative systems. The Analyst ensures data consistency, system interoperability, and operational efficiency across finance, development, HR, and other administrative functions.
Reports to: Director of Information Technology
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary administrator for ERP, CRM, and other administrative platforms
  • Configure workflows, permissions, forms, and system settings
  • Develop and enhance ERP/CRM modules, custom reporting, and partner solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and IT Team
  • Map and document workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing of new functionality
  • Design, build, and maintain API connections between internal and third-party systems
  • Monitor integrations for failures or discrepancies and resolve issues
  • Record integration, architecture, data mappings, and change management processes
  • Ensure consistent and accurate data flow of program and administrative platforms
  • Implement and maintain role-based access controls within assigned systems
  • Collaborate with IT to support organizational data governance and security practices
  • Maintain documentation related to data handling and system access controls
  • Support audit preparation and reporting needs related to administrative systems
  • Translate operational needs into structured reporting outputs
  • Support Excel/Power BI/Tableau-based financial analysis and data validation
  • Serve as a technical resource for the finance department
  • Coordinate with vendors for updates, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements
  • Communicate system changes, improvements, or risks clearly to stakeholders
  • Streamline workflows through automation and system configuration improvements
  • Reduce duplicate data and manual reconciliation through improved integrations
  • Assist with continuous improvement within the administrative technology ecosystem
  • Assistance with rolling out and training administrative tools to staff
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field OR equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years administering enterprise or administrative systems
  • Demonstrated experience building or maintaining API integrations
  • Experience supporting cross-system reporting and data synchronization
  • Strong experience administering ERP, CRM, HRIS, or comparable platforms
  • Understanding secure data exchange methods (REST APIs, JSON, SFTP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of role-based access controls and system-level data security practices
  • Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or mission-driven environments preferred
  • Experience supporting financial and/or fundraising systems preferred
  • Experience with enterprise reporting tools or dashboard platforms preferred
