About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Offset Second Press Operator to join our press operations team. Working alongside the First Press Operator, you'll help produce high-quality printed products while supporting productivity, quality, and safety goals.

What You'll Do

  • Support press make-readies and production runs
  • Monitor color consistency and registration accuracy
  • Inspect printed materials and make quality adjustments
  • Assist with plate changes, press adjustments, and troubleshooting
  • Re-thread paper and adjust tension systems during web breaks
  • Help train and support crew members
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

Preferred Experience

  • 2–3 years of offset press operating experience
  • Experience with Harris, Heidelberg, Goss, and/or Manroland presses preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read job specifications and production orders
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work rotating day/night 12-hour shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
