* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and 3+ years of experience in software development or a related field. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. 


* 8+ years of experience in database technologies 



Preferred Qualifications: 


* 9 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) 


*9 years of Java, J2EE and Java scripting, DB2, SQL, Unix, and Production Support Experience 


* 7+ years of experience with CSS, HTML, JSON, jQuery (or equivalent ajax-based library), Spring with Spring MVC & Spring REST 


* Master's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field 


* 9 years of IBM WebSphere Portal, Web Content Management (WCM), Portal server Administration - 9+ DynaCache (or equivalent), Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, jUnit
