Description
The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence within Infor's Finance and Operations team by implementing process improvements, managing key business initiatives, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Oversee and optimize daily business operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and drive business performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through in-depth analysis and reporting.
  • Drive adoption of new tools and processes.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in finance, business operations or a related role.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in business intelligence tools and Cloud, SaaS, or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
  • Experience with AI tools such as: Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with process improvement methodologies.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the manufacturing / supply chain (or related) industries.
  • Experience with cloud / SaaS enterprise solutions.
  • Bachelors of MIS (Management of Information Systems) Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred
