  • Integrate with REST APIs supporting catalog, pricing, payments, orders, fulfillment, customer accounts, and partner services while collaborating with backend engineers building services in Python, Go, Java, and related technologies.
  • Deliver features from design through production, including implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to build intuitive, performant, and reliable customer experiences.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, engineering standards, and continuous improvements in performance, accessibility, security, observability, and developer productivity.

What We Need to See:
  • 5+ years of professional experience developing and supporting production web applications or e-commerce platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

  • Experience integrating REST APIs, understanding API contracts, managing application state, and building resilient client applications.
  • Working knowledge of backend technologies such as Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or similar service-oriented environments.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, along with modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, Docker, and monitoring.
  • Understanding of e-commerce concepts such as product catalogs, checkout, payments, subscriptions, order processing, fulfillment, or partner integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to software development.

Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:
  • Experience building customer-facing e-commerce platforms, digital marketplaces, or subscription services.
  • Experience with large-scale frontend architecture, design systems, micro-frontends, or shared component libraries.
  • Knowledge of REST API integration patterns, authentication, authorization, versioning, and resilient client applications.
  • Experience improving web performance, accessibility, observability, and production reliability.
  • Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS and collaborating across distributed engineering teams and experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, testing, documentation, or code quality.
