As an NVIDIAN, you'll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.

Our Real Estate Finance Team works directly with NVIDIA's senior executives to define, analyze, and build our overall real estate and facility strategy. The Lease Administrator role is critical for centralizing our GFN region and payment processes, ensuring the integrity of our global portfolio data. You will lead the "end-to-end" lifecycle of handling the lease portfolio-from initial lease discussions to reconciliations and historical cleanup of payments. What you'll be doing:

  • Proactively manage data center portfolio by tracking and reporting on new data center leases/amendments, upcoming lease events, critical project achievement dates, and other initiatives, ensuring all implementations align with company standards for quality, speed, and budget.

  • Managing payments and maintaining data correctness. Carry out expert invoice abstraction and enter data into APEX (Lease Harbor), guaranteeing the reliable data essential for our payment automation efforts.

  • Process high volumes of lease-related payments timely, including the management of Purchase Requisitions (PRs), vendor setup, and cost center creation.

  • Monitor, research, and resolve complex payment discrepancies. Lead the cleanup of historical outstanding invoices to ensure a healthy ledger.

  • Strategic Portfolio Oversight. Provide strategic direction to resolve advanced lease enforcement issues; remain accountable for the regional goals of the GFN portfolio.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting or a Business-related related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • 8+ years in lease administration with a focus on data center real estate portfolios. Experience with a leading tech company is a plus.

  • Proven experience in lease abstraction, payment processing, and financial reconciliation within a large-scale global portfolio.

  • Practical experience with APEX (Lease Harbor) or comparable Lease Accounting software. Strong skills in Excel for data cleanup and reporting.

  • Dynamic interpersonal skills, positive team chemistry, self-starter, innovator, and track record of success.

  • Excellent strategic and critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Prior work experience in real estate, construction, or facilities management.

  • An understanding of lease accounting standards (ASC 842) and their correlations and impacts.

  • Outstanding ability to communicate complex lease issues to senior leadership and align proposed projects with short-and mid-term business goals.

  • The ability to work and stay organized in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
