Job description

This role serves as a senior delivery leader responsible for driving the successful execution of large-scale application and digital initiatives across a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, a proven track record of leading multi-team delivery efforts, and the ability to partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure high-quality outcomes. This is a delivery-focused leadership role, requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on engagement to move initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale application initiatives across multiple workstreams and teams
  • Provide executive-level oversight of project execution, ensuring alignment to timelines, budgets, and business objectives
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to define delivery strategies, priorities, and success metrics
  • Coordinate and hold accountable third-party vendors, consulting partners, and internal delivery teams
  • Drive execution across a Microsoft-centric (but heterogeneous) technical environment that includes Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform
  • Support delivery of UI/UX-driven initiatives and evolving AI/ML-enabled capabilities
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
  • Ensure adherence to delivery standards, governance models, and best practices
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in IT delivery leadership or program leadership roles
  • Proven track record leading large, complex technology initiatives relying on multiple teams and vendors
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to take initiative and operate both strategically and tactically
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience delivering enterprise applications within Microsoft ecosystems (e.g. Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and hold external vendors accountable
  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles (Agile, hybrid, or traditional)

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience within insurance or regulated industries
  • Hands-on technical background earlier in career (development, engineering, or architecture)
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure integrations
  • Exposure to UI/UX transformation and/or AI/ML initiatives
