Job description

As Director of Service Delivery Analytics, you will lead analytics strategy and execution supporting physician billing revenue cycle operations, client service delivery, and financial performance. This highly visible role oversees teams delivering executive insights, scalable reporting, and data-driven recommendations across Customer Operations, Central Operations, Product, Technology, and client leadership. We are seeking a strategic, client-facing analytics leader who can translate complex revenue cycle data into operational accountability, executive confidence, and measurable business impact.
Here's What You Can Expect
  • Lead analytics strategy across service delivery, customer operations, and physician billing revenue cycle priorities.
  • Build and develop high-performing analytics teams and emerging leaders.
  • Partner with executives, operators, and clients to translate insights into action.
  • Oversee reporting, KPIs, dashboards, governance, and performance frameworks.
  • Use Epic Clarity and revenue cycle analytics to identify improvement opportunities across billing performance.
  • Lead root-cause analysis, quantify impact, and drive corrective action.
  • Advance data quality, automation, scalability, and AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Epic Resolute Professional Billing and/or PB Clarity Data Model certification.
Experience Level
Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years leading analytics and reporting.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $117,000.00 - $194,847.37 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
