Position Summary:

Optomi, in partnership with a leading enterprise technology firm, is looking for a Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement Engineering. The Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement Engineering will be a pivotal member of a team driving strategic process improvement initiatives within Enterprise Technology. The role is key to enhancing operational efficiencies, leading continuous improvement projects, and supporting AI-driven transformation efforts. The successful candidate will balance technical understanding with strong communication skills, enabling them to influence both engineering teams and executive stakeholders. This role will focus heavily on reengineering processes for AI-first environments, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and driving measurable improvements in performance and customer outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives through completion.

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement process enhancements across technology and shared services organizations.

  • Partner with technical teams to define requirements, coordinate testing efforts, and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and communications.
  • Support change management activities to encourage adoption of new processes and solutions.
