    Site Operations Specialist
    ** Must be able to take initiative. HM needs someone who is a go-getter and reliable.
    Hybrid: 3 days on-site.
    8hrs/day, M - F (flexible start time 7:30-9am)
    Duration of assignment - at least through 12/2023
    HM wants someone who can come in and manage the work. Needs to be able to take initiative. A lot of people management/ project management. Responsible for holding partners accountable (Zoom calls/meetings). This person will be working with global partners weekly.
    Must be organized, great communication skills (written & oral), critical thinker, & very detail oriented.
    The Site Operations Specialist is part of the Service Excellence and Experience team in Global Services North America regional hub. The Site Operations Specialist will lead Business Continuity development/testing/execution and has accountability supporting Employee Engagement and Communication, Workplace Experience, and Capacity Planning, under the leadership of the Site Operations Manager and in collaboration with the Site Operations Coordinator.
    Business Continuity Execution:
    Manage and distribute Business Continuity Planning tools and maintain electronic library of acceptance agreements and tracking spreadsheets.
    Track business continuity testing metrics and create reports as needed.
    Site Capacity and Headcount Tracking:
    Track and identify new hires, terminations, and transfers from the Tampa site. Update site headcount list and site capacity tool.
    Submit weekly Tampa site attendance reports.
    Employee Engagement:
    Update/create engagement calendars, communications, metrics/dashboards and surveys.
    Manage and organize of site storage rooms for efficiency and accessibility of employee engagement materials.
    Create and maintain database of photos and images.
    Assist and support site team with various onsite event activities. Partner with facilities ensuring all required equipment are present prior to activity.
    Business Continuity Execution:
    Manage and distribute Business Continuity Planning tools and maintain electronic library of acceptance agreements and tracking spreadsheets.
    Track business continuity testing metrics and create reports as needed.
    Communications
    Draft communications such as employee memos, emails and other reporting.
    Create meeting minutes and action items for various meetings.
    Make sound decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
    Display excellent attention to detail
    Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    Required Experience: 5+ years in Project Coordinator, Project Lead, Event Planning and Execution, Executive Assistant, or equivalent role
    Required Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Email, Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Publisher). Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly and independently.
    Preferred Technical Skills: Zoom, MS Teams, MS Forms, Survey Monkey, advanced Power Point abilities, advanced Excel abilities including vlookup and pivot tables, Canva, SharePoint
    Required Business Skills:
    Strong interpersonal communication skills
    Excellent time management, organization skills, and superior attention to detail that produces high quality work while managing multiple tasks and deliverables.
    Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based work environment.
