We're seeking a Brand & Content Strategy Lead to elevate the company's brand presence, shape compelling narratives, and create high-impact content across multiple channels. Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that strengthens awareness, engagement, and market positioning.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, voice, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Translate complex ideas into compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.
Content Strategy & Creation
  • Own the content strategy across digital channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Write and edit engaging content tailored to different audiences and stages of the customer journey.
  • Create executive thought leadership content and support leadership's personal brand initiatives.
Social Media & Digital Presence
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence through strategic planning and high-quality content.
  • Monitor trends, identify new opportunities, and recommend innovative ways to increase engagement.
  • Measure campaign performance and continuously optimize content based on analytics.
Website & Marketing Assets
  • Maintain and optimize website content to ensure messaging remains current, engaging, and conversion-focused.
  • Develop marketing collateral including presentations, sales enablement materials, one-pagers, and campaign assets.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all customer-facing materials reflect the brand consistently.
Creative Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support company growth and product initiatives.
  • Coordinate creative projects from concept through execution while managing timelines and priorities.
  • Collaborate with designers, external partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality creative work.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with leadership, sales, product, recruiting, and marketing teams to align messaging and campaign priorities.
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking that contribute to company growth and brand differentiation.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador across internal and external communications.
What We're Looking For
  • 4–7+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, communications, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Experience building and executing content strategies across multiple digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and brand development.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the confidence to work directly with senior leadership.
  • Experience with content management systems, marketing platforms, and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma is preferred.
  • Experience creating executive-level thought leadership content is highly desirable.
  • Photography, videography, or multimedia content creation experience is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing writing, branding, or creative marketing work is strongly preferred.
