Job description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Production Operations supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Franklin, MA
Pay Range: $21.85
Shift: Night Shift (Sun-Thu, 10:45pm - 7:15am)
What's the Job?
- Utilize various hand and power tools to assemble products accurately and efficiently.
- Operate and troubleshoot computer systems related to production processes.
- Identify issues during assembly and find effective solutions to maintain workflow.
- Ensure precise measurements and perform tasks with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
What's Needed?
- Basic computer skills to follow instructions and report issues.
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions accurately.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for daily work schedule.
- Flexibility to work in different assembly areas as needed.
