What You'll Do
As a Test Lab Operator, you'll play a key role in testing and analyzing cutting-edge HVAC systems and components. You'll work hands-on with advanced equipment, support engineering teams, and contribute to the development of sustainable building technologies.
Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Setting up and operating test facilities and data acquisition systems
  • Performing mechanical and electrical connections, brazing, and instrumentation installs
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment under test
  • Recording and analyzing test data using manual and computer systems
  • Collaborating with engineers and technicians to meet project goals
  • Ensuring safety and environmental compliance in all tasks

Skills That Set You Apart

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
  • Experience with tools, instrumentation, and facility equipment
  • Comfort with lifting, rigging, and working in dynamic environments

  • Certifications in Forklift, Aerial Lift, Crane Operation, Rigging, Lock-out Tag-out, and Brazing
