    Job description

    Overview

Come join the VEP Sales Technology Product Management team as a Senior Staff Product Manager, where you will lead AI-driven technology innovation to build platforms at scale that help transform the lives of consumers, small businesses, and accountants by connecting our customers to experts and sellers across the full Intuit revenue lifecycle.

As a leader on the VEP Sales Technology Product Management team, you will play a key role in driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of core capabilities across the customer journey, from customer information and engagement platforms, to pipeline and opportunity management, through quoting, contracting, and order fulfillment, driving customer benefit, growth, and long-term differentiation for the company.

We are looking for candidates who have strong product management skills in building user experiences, with deep technical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and delivering impactful business results. You will have deep experience and a track record of building AI-driven platform solutions across the sales technology landscape. Your expertise spans Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Engagement Platforms, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Order Management, enabling efficient, insight-driven customer engagement at scale.

At Intuit, we're intentionally building AI into how we define, build, and ship products — and we're committed to equipping our teams to work at the forefront of it. We look for product managers who are excited to bring AI into their workflow — using it to move faster, go deeper on customer insights, and focus their energy on the decisions that only human judgment can make. We're looking for PMs who are curious, eager to experiment, and excited to continually evolve how they work.

    Responsibilities

    • Define and lead a bold vision and strategy for VEP Sales Technology, providing product thought leadership in identifying critical customer and seller requirements across the full revenue lifecycle.

    • Own the definition and delivery of CRM platform capabilities spanning customer engagement, opportunity and pipeline management, CPQ, CLM, and order management, ensuring seamless, scalable experiences from first touch to fulfilled order.

    • Provide subject matter expertise on CRM and customer engagement platform best practices and partner with functional, engineering, and stakeholder teams to design cohesive, cross-functional solutions that reduce friction across the quote-to-cash workflow and mitigate technical debt.

    • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during implementation and ongoing operations, ensuring durable integrations across CRM, customer engagement platforms, CPQ, CLM, and order management systems with high data quality and auditability.

    • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal customer engagement, pipeline visibility, contract accuracy, and order fulfillment reliability.

    • Identify new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends, and best practices across the CRM, customer engagement, and revenue operations landscape.

    • Leverage AI to enable personalized, proactive, and contextually relevant experiences throughout the customer engagement and sales cycle, from lead scoring and opportunity insights to automated contract generation and order tracking.

    • Translate vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes aligned to objectives, including customer engagement quality, pipeline conversion, deal velocity, contract cycle time, and order accuracy.

    • Work closely with Intuit design and engineering teams to build and deliver delightful experiences for customers, sellers, and internal revenue operations teams across the customer engagement and quote-to-cash journey.

    • Take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress, and success across customer engagement health, pipeline activity, CPQ adoption, CLM compliance, and order management efficiency.

    • Build strong working relationships with senior and executive leaders across Intuit Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to collaborate and co-create roadmaps aligned to revenue growth objectives.

    • Consistently work to optimize the broader organizational operating model (process, people, structure, partnerships) and drive change to improve how Intuit manages customer relationships, engagement platforms, and revenue operations at scale.

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated track record of shipping AI-driven solutions for Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and revenue operations at scale. Equivalent AI delivery experience will be considered in place of traditional tenure requirements.

    • Deep hands-on experience with the GTM technology stack, including CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce), Customer Engagement & Forecasting tools (e.g. Marketo, Outreach, Gong), CPQ systems (e.g. Conga, Apttus, Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Lifecycle Management), CLM platforms (e.g. Ironclad), and Order Management systems.

    • Strong technical fluency in data models, APIs, and system integrations across the GTM stack, with the ability to credibly partner with engineering teams on architecture decisions.

    • Experience with building and leading high performing teams. Excellent communication and influence skills, with experience aligning senior and executive stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology organizations.

    • Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

    • Proven ability to ship production-grade AI features or products that measurably improved GTM outcomes such as pipeline conversion, deal velocity, engagement quality, or contract cycle time.

    • Track record of defining and owning success metrics for GTM platform products, with a data-driven approach to prioritization and roadmap decision-making.

    • Demonstrated success in taking a data driven approach and delivering impactful business results.

    • Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products.

    • Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations.
